The cozy apartment in the Suites Garden residence is fully furnished and has everything you need for your perfect holiday. Inside there is the necessary kitchen equipment – a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron, blender. Also in the kitchen area there are necessary utensils for 6 people, including wine glasses and cooking utensils. In the kitchen there is a minimum set of spices, sugar, salt. Each room is equipped with modern air conditioning. An extra bed is located in the hall (sofa is laid out), thus the capacity of the apartment increases to 6 guests. We provide bed linen and towels for each guest. There is a smart TV in the master bedroom and living room. The apartment has a washing machine, a clothes steamer, a hair dryer and a safe.

On the territory of the residence there is a private Parking, 24/7 security, an outdoor swimming pool (available from 8 am to 8 pm), a BBQ area. The building is equipped with an elevator. On the ground floor there is a minimarket with a large selection of necessary goods, including clothes for swimming, and a currency exchange. From the residence to one of the most beautiful beaches of the city is only 5 minutes on foot (about 300 meters). Just around the corner there are popular restaurants, tour desks, a beauty salon, bars and much more.
PLEASE NOTE that electricity and cleaning are not included in the rental price of the apartment. It’s paid separately upon check-in in the amount of US $10 per day for electricity and US $30 for cleaning. If you spend less electricity, we will refund the remaining funds.
